Traditional meditation with a sound bath
A short guided meditation in the classical tradition, followed by a sound bath of Tibetan singing bowls. You lie on a mat under a blanket — there's nothing to do but listen.

Our studio is dedicated to supporting you on your mental and somatic healing journey — helping you release the stress, tension and body pain that build up from daily pressure, chronic stress and life's harder moments.
Sound baths, traditional meditation, Thai massage with yoga and cupping techniques — for bodies that carry stress, minds that won't switch off, and nights that don't bring enough rest.
Stress doesn't stay in the mind. It settles into the shoulders, the jaw and the lower back, and it follows us to bed. Our sessions use sound, gentle touch and slow breathing to help the body let go — so the mind can follow.

Learn moreWho it's for
You don't need experience, flexibility or a reason. If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place.
Tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, a back that aches after long days at a desk.
Racing thoughts, worry and that wired, restless feeling that comes with anxiety.
Trouble falling asleep, waking at 3 a.m., or waking up still tired.
High-pressure jobs, exam periods and the life challenges that ask a lot of you.
No crisis needed. Regular, deep rest is a habit worth building for a long, healthy life.
Our sessions support relaxation and ease tension. They don't replace medical or psychological care — if you're living with pain, anxiety or insomnia, please also speak with your doctor or therapist.
The story
01
Metal bowls from the Himalayan region have been made for centuries. Struck or circled with a wooden mallet, they give long, layered tones that slowly fade. In a sound bath, those tones give a busy mind something gentle to rest on — and the body tends to follow, with slower breath and softer muscles.
History & science of sound02
Nuad Thai — traditional Thai massage — grew out of temple medicine in Thailand and was recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2019. Using palms, thumbs and assisted stretches along the body's energy lines, it works with light, steady pressure to warm the muscles and encourage circulation.

Yoga brings the breath. A slow, long exhale is one of the simplest ways to tell the nervous system it's safe to rest. We weave yoga breathing and gentle postures into our bodywork so that what the body releases, the breath helps it keep.
How we combine Thai and yoga04
The sikya — the cupping vessel — appears on ancient Greek physicians' reliefs, and the Hippocratic texts describe its use. Parallel traditions exist in China and the Middle East, and many Greeks still remember their grandmother's cups. We use them slowly and warmly, as a gentle, relaxing technique.

Stress shows up in your heart rate, blood pressure and heart-rate variability (HRV). Peer-reviewed studies show that sound, slow breathing and Thai bodywork move all three toward rest.
Slow, yoga-style breathing reliably raises HRV — the body's rest-and-recover signal.
Sound and music lowered both measured and felt stress across 9,617 people.
One singing-bowl session raised HRV more than a standard relaxation technique in anxious adults.
Weekly program
Each group session opens with a short guided meditation and flows into a sound bath. Places are limited to [12] mats so the room stays calm. Private sessions, Thai massage and cupping are by appointment.
Your place is ready when you arrive: a soft mat, a Thai cushion to rest on, a meditation pillow and a blanket. The Tibetan singing bowls sit around you on their cushions — close enough to feel their hum.
You lie down, we dim the light, and after a short guided meditation the bowls begin. All you do is rest.
